If you're a licensed user and have general use questions or technical problems with the iWitness or iWitnessPRO software systems, please provide us with the full product license number when contacting us. The license number is accessed from the pull down menu “Help” (Help + About iWitness) above the tool bar.




General Use Support Request
For questions regarding general project help, project advice, or basic User operations concerning functionality of the iWitness software (which are not specifically identified in the iWitness User Manual or AVI tutorials).




Technical Issue Support Request
For technical questions, e.g., error reporting, Operating System conflicts with Windows 2000, XP, Vista, 7, warning messages, incompatibility issues, (suspected software 'bugs') - operational errors, flaws, or faults.
